How does the revenue and exit sharing work?
20% of all future product revenue (after fees and taxes) is split equally among the 100 circle members, distributed quarterly. If any product is sold, 20% of the proceeds (after fees and taxes) will also be distributed among members.
I have Paced and Vend Email LTDs. Do I get a discount?
The circle membership is separate from product purchases. This $999 investment is about becoming a partner in our future, sharing revenue, exits, and helping shape what we build next. There's no upgrade path as they're different types of offerings.
What products do I get access to immediately?
You get lifetime access to both Paced and Vend Email (current market value: $598) right away, including unlimited access to all premium domains across both products.
What's included with premium domains access?
You'll unlock and get unlimited access to all available premium domains on both Paced and Vend Email.
Do I really get all future products for free?
Yes! As a circle member, you get lifetime access to every product we launch, completely free.
How does the referral bonus work?
Earn $100 (10%) for each new member you refer who joins the circle. Commission is paid 30 days after their successful signup.
How do I influence product development?
Members get direct voting rights on feature prioritization and new product ideas through our governance model. Plus, direct access to Rikki through private Discord and Signal groups.
What if the circle doesn't reach 100 members?
If we don't reach 100 members within 90 days, all current members will vote on whether to proceed with the existing number (meaning a larger share of the 20% split) or receive full refunds. This ensures the decision is made by the community.
Can I sell my membership later?
Yes, memberships are transferable after a 6 month holding period.
