How members participate in product decisions and development direction.

Voting rights

  • Each member gets one vote, regardless of referrals or other involvement
  • Simple majority (>50%) required for most decisions
  • Voting conducted through secure online platform
  • Members must hold membership for 30 days before voting rights activate

What members vote on

  • New product ideas and prioritization
  • Major feature additions to existing products
  • Changes to premium domain offerings
  • Product pricing strategies
  • Platform integrations

Voting process

  • Proposals submitted through Discord or Signal for initial discussion
  • Official votes scheduled with 7-day notice
  • 72-hour voting window for each proposal
  • Results announced within 24 hours of voting close

Rikki's role

  • Final veto power on technical feasibility and security matters
  • Responsible for implementation timeline and technical execution
  • Can fast-track critical security or performance updates
  • Will provide regular updates on development progress

Proposal guidelines

  • Any member can submit product ideas or feature requests
  • Proposals must include:
    • Clear problem statement
    • Proposed solution
    • Expected impact on users
    • Estimated complexity (if known)

Communication

  • Major proposals discussed in Discord/Signal groups
  • Monthly development roadmap updates
  • Quarterly business performance reviews
  • Emergency updates as needed

Amendments

  • This governance model can be amended with 66% member approval
  • Amendment proposals follow the same voting process
